Child Safety Standards Policy

Commitment to a Safe and Age-Appropriate Community

Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation

SinglesAroundMe (SAM) maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We explicitly prohibit:

  • The creation, upload, or sharing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Grooming behaviors or any attempt to solicit minors.
  • Any content that depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation of children.

Violation of these standards results in an immediate, permanent ban and a report to criminal authorities.

Action Against CSAM

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, SinglesAroundMe (SAM) takes immediate action in accordance with relevant laws and our internal protocols:

  • Immediate Removal: All identified CSAM is instantly removed from our servers.
  • Account Termination: All associated accounts are permanently disabled.
  • Digital Fingerprinting: We utilize hashing technology to prevent the re-upload of known CSAM.

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

We operate in full compliance with global child safety regulations, including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. We maintain an automated and manual process to report confirmed CSAM to:
